الفلبين.. موجات تسونامي بارتفاع 3 أمتار تصل إلى بعض السواحل بعد زلزال قوي (فيديو)
وصلت موجات مد عاتية “تسونامي” بارتفاع يصل إلى 3 أمتار إلى بعض السواحل الفلبينية اليوم الاثنين، في حين حث الرئيس الفلبيني ماركوس السكان على التوجه إلى مناطق مرتفعة.
وأفادت هيئة المسح الجيولوجي الأمريكية بأن زلزالا بقوة 7.8 درجة على مقياس ريختر ضرب قبالة جزيرة مينداناو جنوب الفلبين على عمق 35 كيلومترا، مما دفع مركز التحذير من التسونامي في المحيط الهادئ إلى إطلاق تحذير عاجل من احتمال حدوث أمواج مدمرة.

وأكدت السلطات الفلبينية تسجيل أول إصابة جراء الموجات، مع استمرار عمليات الإخلاء في المناطق الساحلية المنخفضة. ودعا الرئيس ماركوس المواطنين إلى “عدم التهاون” والامتثال لأوامر الإخلاء، مشددا على أن السلامة هي الأولوية القصوى.
